What payment methods can I use for my purchase?

We have recurring payment by credit card under VISA and Mastercard.

How is the number of licenses quantified?

Adam is licensed by the number of computers you want to manage. That is, the number of Adam licenses to be contracted is equal to the number of company computers to be monitored.

Is there a minimum number of licenses to be contracted?

Yes. Currently, the minimum volume that can be contracted with the basic plan is 5 licenses.

I want to cancel my order.

You have the right to ask for cancellation and refund within 7 days after purchase. So be sure to try Adam for free for 14 days before purchasing the software.

What are the terms to activate Adam's license?

Your access to Adam will be granted within 24 hours. Once the payment is cleared, you will be able to use all of the software’s features.

After the trial period, can I migrate to the basic plan?

Yes. After the trial period ends, you will receive an in-app message stating that your trial has expired. To continue, you must select our basic plan.

Within the application, under Account Management> Subscription, you can find this information.
